Select the item(s) you wish to return
Choose a reason and submit your request
Buyer-Paid Returns: Customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error
Prepaid Label Option: Available for select regions (fee may be deducted from refund)
Timeline: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exceptions: Gift cards and store credit may be issued in certain cases
Follow the same steps as a return request
Select "Exchange" instead of "Return"
Specify the replacement item (subject to availability)
Same product in different size/color: No additional charge
Different product: Price difference will be charged/refunded
Out-of-stock items: We will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund
Free reshipping for exchanges due to our error
Customer pays reshipping for size/color exchanges
Customs documents must be marked "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid duties
Original commercial invoice should accompany the return
Refund amount excludes original shipping costs
